Two Faced
I found my personal style by experiments with line drawings and water color. I was very drawn to the natural lines of the face.
-
right in front
In one of my classes, we were pushed to draw what was in our line of sight. This helped me fine tune my skills of shading and tone.
-
Still
One of my first drawings in my acedmic career. I wanted to play with the light in the different textures of the objects.
-
texture
Creating collages is a great way for me to play with texture and color without having to commit.

All & No Info
One of many challenges: I added as much content as possible within two hours or work on the left image. As for the right, I had 30 seconds.

Arnold
Arnold was a project of mixing two ery different things and creating one. No one every thinks to give an octopus some wine.
-
Faceless
Drawing a head without a face and a face without a head. This pushed me to connect with different parts of me that I see everyday. What is one without the other
-
Dance Dance
Going back to finding my own style and intrigued with the natural lines of the body and the way the colors collide.
-
Escaping
I wanted to combine two different imaginary planes. One filled with shattered glass and another of an endless plane. The mountains brought in a little bit of location to the piece.
-
No Lines
This piece was made with no outlines. Purely from moving my pen in an oval direction and going over areas to create shading
-
Body
Playing with shapes and lines that present itself in the human body.

Mother
Mother Earth in my persepctive. Craddling and doting on her child. This is a peice from high school that I had drawn for a Greek Mythology class.
